We use various file sharing modes (mainly Dropbox and WeTransfer) allowing you to send through images/artwork meaning we can then create a proof for approval prior to production ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the design prior to production.
We prefer artwork sent to us in .ai, .eps and sometimes in .pdf format.
