Regulation 14 of the Workplace
(Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992
calls for all employers to undertake a risk assessment
of glass within their premises.
This can prove a daunting task
for those without thorough knowledge of the relevant
legislation and other documentation that is directly
linked to the definitions contained within Regulation
14.
